TERMS of RENT

1) Signing of rent contract for tourist use;

2) Prohibition of sublet;

3) Exclusion of supply of meals, drinks and cleaning;

4) Included in the price linen change, pool towels and first housekeeping. Any further changes and cleaning will be charged on site.

5) Rental Payment: see table above

the sums in the table include the costs of light and water and inclusive of the cleaning expenses at the end of the rent, any other type of service is excluded.

6) On checking in the entire amount requested must be fully paid;

7) Maximum number of people: four;

8) Payment of a deposit of Euro 1,000.00 which will be returned at the time of the release of the property.
